There are properties on the tax roll that Tax Assessor Justin Centanni says his office can’t locate due to insufficient descriptions or other issues, Centanni told Jan Swift of the Discover Lafayette podcast.

Compass real estate opens new office in River Ranch
Compass, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the U.S., opening its upgraded flagship office in River Ranch last week. The 7,200-square-foot office, at 2000 Kaliste Saloom Road, Suite 101, is on the first floor of the Camellia Tower II building and houses 200 of its local agents, company officials announced Friday. The office had been on the building’s second floor when it was part of Latter & Blum before it was sold to Compass in 2024.
