Hilliard man faces murder charge in fatal shooting at Columbus Northeast Side house party
Rashaud Antonio Roberts, 34, of Hilliard, is charged by Columbus police homicide detectives with murder for the shooting death of 36-year-old Isaac Price. Hilliard police turned Roberts over to Columbus police and he is being held in the Franklin County jail in lieu of $1,000,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 26, according to Franklin County Municipal court records.

Honeywell Intelligrated to close London plant, eliminating 98 jobs
A manufacturer has told the state it is closing its plant in London, a move that will eliminate 98 jobs. Honeywell Intelligrated, an affiliate of manufacturer Honeywell headquartered in Mason, near Cincinnati, said it expects to start cutting jobs at the plant at 475 E. High St. around Oct. 31. The layoffs will be completed by May 29, 2025.

Grove City proposing a $600 jump in fines for some distracted drivers after ABC6 report
GROVE CITY, Ohio (WSYX) — Leaders in Grove City say they're taking action after an ABC6 On Your Side Problem Solvers investigation featuring a paraplegic hit in a crosswalk. Problem Solvers featured James Alston in February who was left nearly nonverbal and with limited mobility to his upper body after he was hit by a car. It happened last September when Alston had the right of way and was in the crosswalk in his wheelchair at Columbus Street and Haughn Road. The driver at fault faced the maximum penalty of a $150 fine.
