Update: As of 10:20 p.m., PPL is no longer listing any power outages in the Harrisburg or West Shore areas. Over 4,500 PPL customers were without power in the areas of Uptown Harrisburg and Enola, on both sides of the Susquehanna River, according to the company’s live outage map.
