The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection. Food Employee observed donning single use gloves without a prior hand wash. Food employees observed in kitchen area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. Observed food (fried potatoes, chopped vegetables?) in the three-door freezer unit area without a cover. Observed food (mixes?) in the three-door cooling unit area stored open with no covering. Observed a cell phone stored inside a stain steel bowl in the kitchen area. Observed soda gun and holster pink and brown slime on interiors in the bar area. Unwrapped and unprotected single use straws stored in the customer area. Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the bar area.
