Construction starts on I-94′s exit 161
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Construction on I-94′s exit 161 between Bismarck and Mandan started on May 15. Project Engineer Bernie Southam said building the new single-point urban interchange is a multi-year project. In 2024, they’ll focus on phase one, which includes building bridge embankments. Southam said you can expect delays in the area due to lane closures.
