Bismarck radio personality Mark Armstrong dies at age 67
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Former Burleigh County Commissioner and Bismarck radio personality Mark Armstrong died Saturday at the age of 67. Armstrong served as County Commissioner twice, first from 2006 to 2014, and again from 2018 to 2022. He also worked for the North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance and spent many years on early morning talk radio with Phil Parker on a show called “PMS in the Morning.”
Bismarck man pleads guilty to rape
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - A Bismarck man pleaded guilty to raping a teenage girl. Police say the girl told them she was in a relationship with Maurice Meadows. When officers searched Meadow’s phone, they found sexually explicit text messages between the two. Meadows will be sentenced later.
