Three busted for fentanyl distribution after police search Bismarck home
(Bismarck, ND) -- Three men are facing charges in a Bismarck fentanyl-distribution case. Police say officers exercising a search warrant at the home of 33-year-old Kyle Berg last week found the suspect hiding behind a false wall inside the home. A further search of the home reportedly turned up two Detroit men linked to their investigation - 19-year-old Richard Mallard and 20-year-old James Washington - as well as approximately 15-hundred fentanyl pills. Officials say all three men were later charged with drug-distribution charges.

Four teens were injured when a 14 year old driver lost control on the Old Heskett Power Plant Road north of Mandan last night. The North Dakota Patrol says the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed and dropped 50 feet off a cliff while overturning and landing on the shoreline next to the Missouri River. Two juvenile females and one male were able to walk up a nearby stairway and were transported to the hospital with injuries. The other male had to be extricated from the vehicle.
