Roaches and improper holding temps: 2 Louisville restaurants earn 'C' grade
Two Louisville restaurants inspected between Oct. 26 to Nov. 1 earned a "C" score with a critical violation. Each restaurant in Jefferson County is scored out of a possible 100 points. A score of 85 or above, with no critical violations, will earn a location an "A." A score of 84 or below, or citing one or more critical violations, regardless of the score, will earn a location a "C." According to Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness, a "B" score is given to a facility that has ongoing compliance issues, such as two consecutive failed inspection scores or closure due to an imminent health hazard.
