WASHINGTON — The severe weather risk has been expanded across the Olympic Peninsula and into Seattle and other parts of Puget Sound for tonight. The main concern is damaging thunderstorm winds of 60 to 70 mph, which could bring down trees and power lines across western Washington. A waterspout also cannot be ruled out off the coast as stronger storms move ashore from the Pacific.
