Sarasota police investigate stabbing and shooting that left 2 hurt
SARASOTA, Fla. — Sarasota Police Department officers continue to investigate what led to two people being hurt by deadly weapons Tuesday. Officers arrived at the scene of an incident around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday near Robert L. Taylor Community Complex on John Rivers Street in Sarasota. They found one person suffering from a gunshot wound while another suffered from stab wounds.
