SEARSMONT (WGME) -- Officials say the deaths of two people found inside a Searsmont home on Monday were the result of a domestic violence homicide and a suicide. Maine State Police say 50-year-old Lance Lucas of Searsmont shot and killed 50-year-old Amy Nickerson of Stockton Springs and then turned the gun on himself.
