HANNIBAL, Mo. — A Louisiana, Mo., man is in the Marion County Jail facing child welfare charges. The 10th Judicial District Court of Marion County issued warrants on Thursday, May 16, for Kaleb A. Jackson, 22, charging him with felony endangering the welfare of a child and felony abuse/neglect of a child. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Wednesday.
