Santa Rosa County, FL - Santa Rosa County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 54-year-old man on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment.

According to police, the incident occurred on May 4th shortly before 11 p.m. when an Uber driver arrived at Sean Hollonbeck's Milton residence to drop off his daughter.

The arrest report states that Hollonbeck's daughter witnessed her father approach the vehicle with an AR-15 rifle and force the driver to the ground.

The report details the daughter's account of her father acting erratically while waving the gun and yelling.

Deputies allege Hollonbeck pointed the firearm at the driver and demanded he exit the vehicle.

The daughter then entered the house.

Witnesses to the event included the daughter's friends who were present at Hollonbeck's residence.

The report states Hollonbeck forced the driver to show his license and took pictures before releasing him.

Hollonbeck reportedly admitted to his actions, claiming concern for his daughter's safety.

He was booked into Santa Rosa County Jail but released after posting bond.
