WEEKI WACHEE GARDENS, Fla. — Two teens were arrested two weeks after unidentified suspects broke into the Weeki Wachee Outpost and stole ice cream and cigarillos. The break-in happened on July 14. The suspects were caught on video surveillance wearing hoodies, pants and ski masks with backpacks on, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

RIVERVIEW, Fla. - Two men with criminal histories are back behind bars after deputies say they stole a generator from a Home Depot in Riverview. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says it set up a ruse to catch Vashon Lewis, 50, and Elton Gaffney, 51, after the pair allegedly took a generator from the Bloomingdale Avenue store and left in a U-Haul truck without paying for it.

3-alarm blaze tears through apartment complex on Bearrs Avenue
Hillsborough Fire County Fire Rescue fought a three-alarm blaze at an apartment complex on Bearrs Avenue Thursday afternoon. Fire officials said they received 911 calls at 4:41 p.m. directing them to the complex at Turtle Creek Circle. Callers said smoke and flames were “pouring out of an apartment,” according to a news release.
