Elk Horn Man Arrested on Assault Charges in Montgomery County
(Elk Horn) An Elk Horn faces assault and criminal mischief charges following an altercation in Montgomery County. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 3153 110th Street for an altercation. During the investigation, Deputies arrested 57-year-old Rex Dean McDermott for 2nd-degree criminal mischief, a Class D Felony, and three counts of aggravated assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
