This was the last big gathering of Pac-12 schools, teams, and fan bases. There won’t be any Pac-12 football this coming fall. There won’t be any Pac-12 basketball this coming winter. There won’t be any Pac-12 baseball next spring. This is it. This was the last go-round. Accordingly, there was a lot of Pac-12 merchandise and apparel to sell and get rid of. Items being sold at the baseball tournament were given the Pac-12 stamp of mediocrity: Everything must go! Five dollars! Yes, the five-dollar clearance sale is just the most Pac-12 thing in history.
