FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Tyson employees filed a Class Action Lawsuit against Tyson Foods, Inc. and its Board of Directors on Nov. 30. According to court documents, the employees argue that Tyson, through their recordkeeping company, had their employees pay excessive fees toward their retirement savings plan. The plaintiffs accused Tyson of making decisions on Recordkeeping Administrative (RKA) fees that did not benefit the employees.

The Arkansas Archeological Survey (ARAS) and the Caddo Nation have renamed a key archeological site in Sevier County. Previously known as 'Holman Springs', the site is now called 'Nakuukuwidish', a Caddo word meaning 'Place of the Water-Salt'. The site, near a salt marsh, was a significant salt production area for the Caddo people from the 1300s to the 1500s.
