Philadelphia, PA – East Passyunk Flavors on the Avenue broke the attendance record for an event in the neighborhood with 25,000 to 30,000 people passing through.

This is the largest event ever to take place in East Passyunk and passes pre-pandemic records for any Avenue event.

“On behalf of the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District, I am thrilled to announce that today’s Flavors on the Avenue broke attendance records,” said EPABID Board President Michelle Gillen-Doobrajh. “It was the highest attended event for Flavors on the Avenue in the event’s 18-year history – and it is the highest attended event for East Passyunk Avenue ever.”

This was warmest day for the event since 2007 and Gillen-Doobrajh expressed her gratitude for everybody who helped make this food festival a reality.

“Huge thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, staff and our business owners,” said Gillen-Doobrajh. “Please stay tuned for future events coming to the Avenue – and watch for some big openings coming up later this year as well. We look forward to seeing everyone on ‘The Ave’ again soon.”
