Three for 3: Elevated Italian
Bellini brings the spirit of Florence to Florida with its inviting atmosphere reminiscent of the renowned Piazza Della Signoria. The restaurant has recently relocated to the former Chardonnay Restaurant location, where guests are greeted with a modern eatery that brims with Italian flare. Each dish at Bellini is crafted to order, ensuring that special requests are met with ease and attention to detail. Bellini’s menu begins with a detailed selection of antipasti, offering a variety of enticing options such as calamari and shrimp scampi. A highlight among the appetizers is the Burrata and Prosciutto—a savory dish featuring soft mozzarella with a creamy center, complemented by prosciutto, tomato, and basil. The antipasti are followed by an array of fresh salads, setting the stage for the main courses. Guests at Bellini can choose from a sophisticated selection of Italian fare. The menu features rich risottos as well as classic dishes like chicken Piccata, Marsala, and Parmigiana. Another standout is the Gnocchi al Gorgonzola, featuring soft Italian dumplings served in a luxurious cream sauce with gorgonzola and parmesan cheese. To complement the dining experience, the Bellini Bar serves expertly crafted cocktails. Among its signature drinks is the Bellini Martini, a sparkling cocktail made with vodka, peach schnapps, and a splash of either champagne or Prosecco. This bubbly creation pairs perfectly with the restaurant’s rich menu offerings. Bellini opens its doors daily at 3:00 p.m., welcoming guests to enjoy an authentic Italian dining experience in the heart of Naples.

Highly anticipated waterfront restaurant opens in Cape Coral

Bimini Basin Seafood & Cocktails made its highly anticipated Cape Coral debut on Feb. 28. “It’s been a long haul, but I’m super excited,” said Grant Phelan, CEO of Phelan Family Brands, which owns the new venture. “Cape Coral is such a fantastic market to be in. There’s so much potential here.” Especially for a 225-seat casual seafood restaurant with open-air dining and 30 dedicated boat slips in Bimini Basin. It’s located behind the new Bimini Square development off Cape Coral Parkway in South Cape. “The whole restaurant, inside and out, is all open,” Phelan said. “There’s not a bad seat in there. I like to say it’s an infinity-edge restaurant. You can see the basin from any seat. We’re trying to take advantage of Southwest Florida, especially in these months with this weather. Come sit and enjoy the breeze.” And customers have been doing just that in droves. “We’ve been super busy,” Phelan said. “Busier than we anticipated.” A best-of-the-best menu is offered Besides the view, the menu plays a major role in the early success. After all, Bimini Basin Seafood is the best of Phelan brands.
