Jury finds man guilty for killing two people in Northeast Portland
PORTLAND, Ore. — A jury found a man guilty Friday for fatally stabbing two people in Northeast Portland in 2020, the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office said. On June 16, 2020, officers responded to reports of a stabbing near 1400 block of Northeast Davis Street. Officers found 39-year-old Najaf “Nate” Hobbs dead at the scene. Cassy Leaton, 22, later died in the hospital.
