    Kern Safe Animal Coalition to host free dog and cat vaccine clinic in Oildale

    BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Kern Safe Animal Coalition is set to host a free vaccine clinic for dogs and cats in Oildale Saturday.

    According to organizers, vaccines will be given from 8 to 11 a.m. on May 11. No appointments are necessary, but cats will need to be in a carrier and dogs must be on a leash.

    Participants will also have the chance to sign up for future low-cost spay-neuter surgery for their pets.

    The event is happening at 444 Norris Road, just east of Oildale Drive. For more information visit, KernSafe.org.
