Portland, Oregon’s Ground Breaker Brewing and Leikam Brewing have teamed up to release Psychrophilic IPA a beer calibrated to capture and answer the climate of the moment. The 6.7% ABV cold and black IPA was brewed and canned at Ground Breaker’s dedicated gluten-free facility. It merges two styles of IPA into one; and was first developed in 2021 by Leikam brewer Brandon Thomas when he was assistant brewing at Ground Breaker.

Some of you who saw my star timelapse video might’ve clocked me using a GFX 100 II IR, specifically modified to pick up infrared light frequencies, and since I had it for a few more days, I decided to take it on the road.
