Grabbing a beer at Odell Brewing Co. and a glass of wine from The OBC Wine Project just got a lot more convenient. The popular Fort Collins-based brewery recently expanded beverage service across its taprooms, allowing customers to purchase beer, wine, cider and other drinks on a single check and enjoy them together indoors, according to a Nov. 4 news release. Previously, visitors could enjoy Odell beer and OBC wine together outdoors, but that often meant huddling around fire pits and patio heaters once colder weather arrived. With a new brewpub license in place, Odell can offer its full lineup of beverages under one roof while expanding wine service to its Denver taprooms for the first time. The move marks another step in the growth of The OBC Wine Project, Odell's urban winery that opened next door to the brewery in 2021 . Known for its handcrafted wines produced, fermented and packaged in Fort Collins , the winery has spent the past several years establishing itself alongside one of Colorado's most recognizable craft beer brands, serving everything from wine flights and glasses to bottles and canned wines.
