    State Police find missing Indiana County man

    UPDATE: State Police said they found George Hamilton around 10:20 a.m. and he is safe.

    INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a missing elderly man in the Shelocta area of Indiana County.

    Troopers said George H. Hamilton, 84, was reported missing by a family member after he left his residence along Parkwood Road in Armstrong Township around 4 a.m. Thursday morning.

    Hamilton, who might be confused, is believed to be driving a red 2021 Buick Envision with Pennsylvania license plate number KTW3737.

    Troopers said his vehicle, pictured below, was last seen traveling west along State Route 22 in Monroeville, Allegheny County, around 8:20 a.m.

    Hamilton, pictured above, is described as a white, non-Hispanic male, 6 ft tall and 175 lbs. with blue eyes and gray hair.
