Early on Tuesday afternoon police received an unconfirmed report of a person robbed at gunpoint at a T-Mobile store at 1151 Pacific Coast Hwy near Normandie Ave in Harbor City.

A 911 caller reported seeing two men fleeing the scene northbound on Normandie Avenue.

When officers arrived on the scene, they confirmed that a T-Mobile store was robbed at gunpoint.

One of the male suspects was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white shoes.

The other was last seen wearing a black shirt with white sleeves, gray sweatpants, and a gray backpack. They both fled the scene on foot.

Further information on the suspects is currently unavailable. According to the report, these suspects did not steal electronics. Instead, they robbed the T-Mobile store of money.

In 2019, LAPD investigators arrested the four in connection with a series of robberies between Aug. 1 and Dec. 23, 2019. In each robbery, the suspects would walk in between 2 and 7 p.m., cut or pull security cables from the electronic devices and take them from display tables.

The suspects were four teens, who were arrested.

In October 2020, burglars were caught on video yanking phones and electronics from displays at a T-Mobile store in Seal Beach.

One of the suspects was stopped by a responding officer as he drove away from the store. He was booked on suspicion of felony commercial burglary and police said he was also a suspect in other burglaries around Southern California.
