Denton Motorcyclist Fatally Collides on East University Dr

The Denton Police Department is examining a man who died after hitting another vehicle while on his motorcycle. at 1400 E University Dr near Glenwood Lane on Monday night, September 2, 2o24.

Authorities and medics were sent to the crash at about 6:22 p.m. While they were en route, a resident performed CPR on the motorcyclist.

Medics took the motorcyclist to Medical City Denton, where he was pronounced dead at 6:49 p.m.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the motorcyclist as 24-year-old Isaac Luis Santiago of 806 Allen Street Denton, Texas76205.

A police report says that the initial crash examination shows a vehicle was traveling eastbound on University Drive when Santiago hit the vehicle's back left side.

Police say the driver of the other vehicle involved was not injured and is cooperating with the investigation.
