Two injured in Walnut Grove hit-and-run Wednesday
Two people received minor injuries in a Walnut Grove hit-and-run accident Wednesday evening. According to the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, at about 9:30 p.m. on May 15, deputies, and the Walnut Grove Fire Department and Ambulance were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident along the 600 block of Bedal Street in Walnut Grove. A 2007 Honda sedan driven by Andre Vue, age 20, struck an unoccupied 2003 Honda SUV legally parked by the side of a road.

Elderly man dies in two vehicle crash
COTTONWOOD COUNTY, Minn. (KEYC) - A truck and SUV collided in Amboy Township resulting in one fatality around 10 a.m. Monday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Jerry Lee Evers of Comfrey, 81, was westbound on Highway 30 when his 2007 Chevrolet Silverado crashed into a southbound 2022 Nissan Rogue driven by Scott Bruce Burdorf of Mintevideo, 54, on Highway 71.
