TILLMAN’S CORNER, Ala. (WALA) - A Mobile woman faces several charges and Mississippi man was arrested on a warrant following an incident at a store in Tillman’s Corner. According to the Mobile Police Department, officers were called to the Boot Barn at 5456 U.S. 90 just after 11:30 a.m. Monday in reference to fraudulent use of a debit card.

Impact 100 Baldwin County to award $515,000 in grants to local nonprofits
A Baldwin County women’s organization announced last week that it had raised $515,000 to dole out to five nonprofits serving the area. The Baldwin chapter of Impact 100, an international nonprofit philanthropic organization, held its annual “big reveal” event at Oak Hollow Farm on April 23. This will be its 17th year of awarding grants, according to a release from the organization.
Dogs previously removed by Mobile Co. judge's court order attack 6-year-old boy
MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — A woman's dogs that were removed from her by a court order have now attacked a 6-year-old boy. The Mobile County District Attorney's Office seized the dogs last year after they bit other people, but the woman got them back. Now, Liam Martinez, the little boy who was attacked, can't walk and has to have another surgery. He was attacked while playing in his backyard in Wiggins, MS on April 18th.
Insurance fraud investigation expands in Prichard
PRICHARD, Ala. (WPMI) — A man named in an indictment against Prichard City Councilman Derrick Griffin, has been indicted himself on the same charges. Bennie Mosley has been indicted on two counts of Insurance Fraud 1st degree, according to Mobile County Jail records. Mosley was released on $10,000 bond just after 8:30pm Thursday evening.
