Two escaped MacLaren youth are in custody
Oregon Youth Authority reported that Julian Diaz-Navarro was arrested on a warrant Tuesday afternoon and is currently being held in the Marion County Jail. Diaz-Navarro’s arrest comes on the heels of a May 9 arrest of Xavier Swimm who is currently held at the Canyon County Juvenile Detention Center in Idaho. Diaz-Navarro and Swimm were both among a trio of escapees OYI reported missing from MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility in Woodburn this past February.
