SALEM Ore. (KPTV) - The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching a north Salem area for a missing 14-year-old boy with a developmental disability. Devon Whiteshell, 14, walked away from his care home near Ward Drive Northeast and Lancaster Drive Northeast in Salem at about 5:40 p.m. Monday.
