Gas Prices Drop Nationally, Rise Slightly in County

Motorists are still looking for relief at the gas pump as we enter the month of November. AAA reports that the averages at the national and state levels have dropped over the past week. Monday's national average fell nearly 12 cents per gallon to $4.17, while New York State's average went down by about four cents to $4.34. However, the average price across Chautauqua County increased by two cents and is now $4.41. One year ago, the national and state averages were $3.30 and $3.10, respectively.

Congestion pricing is a huge failure if you look at its stated goals, but a brilliant ploy to rob the public by appealing to the war on cars. Despite the mutual back-patting from Gov.
