Herkimer Police arrest man with three prior felony convictions
HERKIMER, NY (WKTV) - In the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 6th, Herkimer Police made a drug-relate arrest of a man with three prior felony convictions. Utica man arrested after threatening police officer at traffic stop
UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A Utica man was arrested late Wednesday evening after he threatened an officer during a traffic stop. Officers assigned to the Crime Prevention Unit conducted a vehicle stop on the intersection Lincoln Avenue and Sunset Avenue at approximately 9 pm Wednesday night, February 21. Upon their arrival to the vehicle, they were met by the occupants of the car. Police say that upon their approach to the vehicle, the suspects began making furtive movements and acting suspicious. Police subsequently ordered the occupants from the vehicle.
