ELKTON — Cecil Freedom Fund is hosting a free panel discussion June 6 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:45 p.m. at Elkton Library on the impact of cash bail. Cecil Freedom speakers will be joined by the American Civil Liberties Union and the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Cecil County. Town of Elkton set to resume street parking enforcement
