Marysville City Council Schedules Work Session For Monday
MARYSVILLE –The Marysville City Council will conduct a work session Monday at 6 p.m. at the Police and Court Facility, 1250 W. 5th St. At the work session, the Council will consider two resolutions. The first will authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to cover workers at the West Central Community Corrections Facility pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code Section 4123.03, workers which include volunteer firefighters, auxiliary policemen, patrolmen and other workers who would not otherwise be covered by Workers’ Compensation (see the full text of ORC 4123.03 by clicking here).
