Police block release of autopsy of Plain City newborn found in garbage
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Plain City Police blocked the release of the autopsy for "Madison Baby Doe," the body of a newborn baby found in a garbage truck in June. Madison County Coroner Dr. James Kaehr said the records were designated as a Confidential Law Enforcement Record by the county prosecutor after police requested that the autopsy be withheld from public records requests.
