Thirty-Eight Athletes from Valley City, LaMoure/Litchville-Marion and Maple River will be competed with the best athletes in the state. Valley City had State Champions, and place winners. BPD 2023 crime report details minimal changes
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Crime rates are down in the U.S., and in Bismarck, the Police Chief said numbers are also trending in the right direction. There were about 1,100 personal crimes reported to the department last year. Bismarck Police Chief Dave Draovitch said this is only slightly below the five-year average of about 1,200 a year.
