ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - Two teenagers face multiple charges after police claim the two stole a vehicle and ran from officers. Deondrey Murphy, 19, faces possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a defaced firearm, armed robbery and aggravated robbery charges.
