Man shot, killed in Avondale identified, 1 arrested
AVONDALE, Ariz. — One man is dead and another was rushed to a hospital after a double shooting in Avondale Friday. Officers with the Avondale Police Department responded to reports of two men shot near MC85 and Central Avenue just after 4 p.m. When they arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds. One was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition and the other, identified as Cristino Reyes of Avondale, was pronounced dead at the scene, officers said.
