Violations (Inspector Comments):
- The Person in Charge does not have adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection. The owner of the facility had packages of raw meat stored directly on the floor in an area that was wet.
- Raw chicken was stored above raw pork in the reach-in refrigerator.
- Observed wet wiping cloths in front service area, not being stored in sanitizer solution and being stored in handwashing sink.
- Owner of the facility permitted three packages of raw meat and a cardboard box of raw meat to be stored directly on the floor in the prep area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor, as required.
- An excessive amount of garbage from the facility, rubbish that is not related to the facility (such as old shoes) is on the ground next to rear door of the facility and old equipment is stored by the rear door.
