Last week after much public controversy, Mayor Charlie Hatfield resigned his position as mayor of Williamson. Is the city better off? Will there be a fresh start?. Hatfield needed to resign a long time ago, but because of who knows why, he held on to that position as the city continued its downward spiral while he and his cronies benefitted.
