The New Village Institute facilities in Blairsville are up for sale online. Henderson Auctions currently has the technical college property and contents at the Corporate Campus Business Park listed for sale in a sealed bid auction over the past few weeks. If conditions are met, then the winning bid will get everything on the property. But if the bids fail to meet conditions, there will be a five-day liquidation auction of the contents and finally the property itself, which would be open to the public. Henderson Auctions CEO Lawrence Green said that there has been a lot of interest in the sealed bid auction.
