Sturbridge Coffee House collecting donations for Holland family that lost home in fire

HOLLAND, Mass. (WWLP) – After a family lost their home to a fire on Long Hill Road in Holland earlier this week, a coffee shop in Sturbridge is collecting donations for them.

On Tuesday, Holland firefighters and surrounding towns were called to a fire at a home on Long Hill Road. Everyone inside had safely exited the home before firefighters got there. Crews were able to put out the fire but the home was severely damaged.

Beginning Friday, Sturbridge Coffee House on Main Street will be collecting donations or gift cards for the family as they work to recover from this devastating loss. A jar will be placed on the front counter for anyone looking to donate.

A GoFundMe has also been created to help the family get back on their feet.
