Jordyn Johnstone said her family is trying to get back on their feet after the harrowing escape from the fire at their apartment on Delray Court in St. Peters. ST CHARLES, Mo. — Friday, families in St. Charles County could learn the fate of their local library branch. Library leaders are putting some branches on the chopping block. The St. Charles City-County Library board of trustees said it's looking at its future, and that's why the board is considering closures.
