FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A Barboursville resident is facing charges for allegedly stealing opioid medications and forging records. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports Michelle Collier, a nurse at the Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women, is accused of possessing a Schedule II drug (oxycodone) and committing forgery on a “count sheet” used by the prison to track the distribution of medications.
