Your Delmarva Forecast: Thursday, September 10, 2026
Good Thursday morning, Delmarva! We’re heading into a warm and mostly pleasant day, with partly sunny skies and a high near 88°F. A westerly breeze of 5 to 10 mph will keep things moving, though occasional gusts up to 25 mph are possible. There’s a very slim chance of a stray sprinkle, but most of us will stay dry through the afternoon. The story changes tonight, though — showers and thunderstorms become likely after dark, so keep that umbrella handy if you have evening plans outdoors. Temperatures will ease down to a comfortable 69°F overnight. Looking ahead to Friday, expect rain showers likely in the morning hours before skies gradually clear and turn partly sunny by afternoon. It’ll be a noticeably cooler day with a high around 81°F — a welcome break from the late-summer heat. Friday night looks quiet and partly cloudy with a low of 66°F. Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts today, Delmarva — and stay weather-aware heading into tonight. I’ll have updates all day right here on TV Delmarva!
