The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest on Saturday (11/25) at 12:50 a.m. of a Town of Lyons man and woman following an investigation of an EMS call. Aaron M. Foulkrod, age 33 and Jacqueline D. Perkins, age 33 of Phelps Street, in Lyons allegedly had used narcotics together and overdosed leaving an 8 year old child to contact 911 for help.

Two incidents occurred in Ontario County, New York this week. In the first incident, a woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the parking lot of Naples Elementary School. She was also charged with driving with a BAC of 0.08 or higher and having an open container. In the second incident, a man was arrested in Pennsylvania for shooting and attempting to kill another man inside a convenience store in Geneva. He was located with the help of U.S. Marshals and charged with attempted murder and assault.

GENEVA, N.Y. — Geneva Police say a bomb threat sent to the Geneva Central School District on Friday morning is not credible. Officers around 9:20 a.m. learned about the anonymous bomb threat sent to a school district employee. The Explosive Detection K-9 units from the New York State Police, Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, and Seneca County Sheriff’s Office searched the schools. Auburn, N.Y. — Two Geneva men were charged Wednesday after police said they were involved in a shooting and stabbing near an Auburn bar. One man was stabbed and another was shot around 2:09 a.m. near Harley’s Pub, 149 State St., Auburn police said in a news release. Both men are expected to survive.

PALMYRA, N.Y. — A Farmington man suffered a head injury in a crash Friday evening, when he drove off the road in the town of Palmyra. Brandon Wolfe, 22, of Farmington was heading north on Newark Marion Road approaching a curve when he veered off the road, struck a ditch and entered a field, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
