4 kids, 3 adults seriously injured Monday in Jefferson County crash
HIGH RIDGE, Mo. — Three adults and four children, the youngest being 4 years old, were seriously injured in a crash Monday night on Missouri Route 30 in High Ridge. At about 6:35 p.m. Monday, a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox was stopped at a red light on eastbound Route 30 at Rock Creek Road when the 2016 Chevrolet Traverse traveling behind it failed to stop and rammed into the back of it, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A man was charged Friday after police said he robbed a Dollar Tree cashier at gunpoint in St. Louis County. Antoine Montgomery, 33, was charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action in connection with an April 17 robbery at a Dollar Tree on Larimore Road.

Mother, man charged with endangering welfare of child after 4-year-old boy shoots self
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — The mother of a 4-year-old boy who shot himself in the leg Friday was one of two people charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Cornelia Brew, 23, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child Saturday, a day after her son was taken to the hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound. Tawan Smith, also 23, was charged with the same crime, but police did not know if he was related to the boy.
