Update: He has been found and home safely. Lorene Harrell, reported her son, Hakeem Harrell, age 26, missing from the community of Forest Hills. He is has a learning disability, but has a good heart. He is very humbled and friendly, and will always try to help others. He was last seen Sunday, February 18th, at around 10 pm. He is 5'10" and weighing 180 to 200 lbs.

Elmore County Sheriff remembers seasoned deputy
Stephen Sims was always first. Elmore County Sheriff Bill Franklin said Sims, 43, was dependable and always there for others. “He got along with everyone,” Franklin said. “Everyone seemed to like Stephen. He was always run, run, run, go, go, go. He never stepped down or away from anything. If we were going into a house with a search warrant, he would be the first in line to help out.”
