Redan falls in playoff series to Mount Paran
In a tightly contested high school baseball playoff series against No.2 Mount Paran Christian, the Redan Raiders fell short in advancing to the 2A state quarterfinals. Game one was scoreless until the bottom of the third when an error made by Mount Paran turned into an opportunity for the Raiders as Colin Brightwell scored from second on a bad throw by the Eagle’s third baseman, making the score 1-0.
