A Georgia state trooper died early Tuesday after he was hit by a vehicle while investigating a fatal crash on Interstate 75 North in Clayton County. Trooper First Class Chase Redner of Cumming was killed around midnight on Feb. 20, the Georgia Department of Public Safety said.

The second most common type of crime was 'Other', which included miscellaneous reports and deceased persons, making up 10.6% of the total crimes with 8 cases. Theft was the least common crime, constituting 8% of the total cases with 6 incidents. This data suggests a prevailing issue of arrests in the place, which could indicate an enforcement crackdown or an increase in unlawful activities. Despite the high number of arrests, the relatively low count of thefts indicates that property crimes might not be a major issue in the place.
